DELIVERY TIME

Your artwork will be dispatched between 2-4 weeks after the point of purchase.
We currently ship all of our products from Noosa, Australia so delivery timing may be impacted based on your location.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, Rosie has painted all over the world and is proud to ship globally to all countries.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All taxes and duties associated with the transaction are covered by Rosie. In the event of any complications upon delivery of the painting, we kindly request that you contact us and we will resolve the matter.

RETURNS

To preserve edition numbers and limited edition quantities, original artworks and exclusive stock, all orders are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

DAMAGES

If your order has been damaged during transit, please contact hello@itsrosiewoods.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email, 

1. A photo of the damaged product

2. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box

Please be aware, all of Rosie’s work is made carefully by hand and may have minor imperfections. these are an intended part of the process. If the ‘minor imperfections’ are consistent with the majority of products sold, a replacement will not be provided.
